26/09/07: CAE’s Burgess Hill Training Centre receives FAA Part 142 certification

NBAA, Atlanta, GA, September 26, 2007 – (NYSE: CGT; TSX: CAE) – CAE’s Burgess Hill UK Flight Training centre has received approval from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for Part 142 training. The approval enables the centre to conduct FAA-approved training, testing and certification for type ratings on the Falcon 7X, Falcon 900EX EASy and the Falcon 2000EX EASy. The first clients in the Falcon 7X initial pilot training class have received their type ratings under FAA approval. Technical training has been underway at the centre since February.

25/09/07: CAE and Bombardier add a Global Express aircraft full-flight simulator to CAE’s business aviation training network

NBAA, Atlanta, GA, Sept. 25 /CNW Telbec/ - Today, CAE and Bombardier announced they will add a new Global Express aircraft full-flight simulator (FFS) to CAE’s business aviation training network. This announcement follows CAE’s appointment in June 2007 as Bombardier’s Authorized Training Provider for the Global Express, Global 5000, and Global Express XRS aircraft programs. The new Global Express aircraft full-flight simulator will be deployed at Emirates-CAE Flight Training in Dubai, U.A.E., to address growing demand in the Middle East. It is scheduled to enter service by mid-2009. It is also part of CAE’s broader business aviation training network expansion announced yesterday. Global aircraft training will continue to be offered at Bombardier’s Montreal training centre and, as announced in June 2007, will be offered at CAE’s Burgess Hill training centre in the U.K. starting in the spring of 2008.

24/09/07: CAE increases training programs to address 90% of all business aviation aircraft and cover all major OEMs

NBAA, Atlanta, GA, Sept. 24 /CNW Telbec/ - (NYSE: CGT; TSX: CAE) - CAE has launched an expansion of its global training network by adding 16 new business jet training programs to its operations. With this expansion, CAE will offer training on 90 percent of all business aviation platforms. The new training programs address the six largest business jet aircraft manufacturers: Bombardier, Cessna, Dassault Falcon, Embraer, Gulfstream and Hawker Beechcraft. The training programs will be located in the United States and in a range of global locations. The new programs will enter service within the next two years.

24/09/07: Emirates-CAE Flight Training orders two CAE full-flight simulators valued at C$25 million

MONTREAL, Sept. 24 /CNW Telbec/ - (NYSE: CGT; TSX: CAE) - CAE has signed a contract to design and manufacture two full-flight simulators (FFS) for Emirates-CAE Flight Training (ECFT) valued at over C$25 million at list prices. This brings the total FFS sales that CAE has announced in fiscal 2008 to 18. Emirates-CAE Flight Training is expanding its aviation training facility in Dubai with the addition of a CAE 7000 Series Bombardier Global Express and a CAE 5000 Series Hawker Beechcraft Hawker 800 XPi full-flight simulator. This is part of CAE’s broader business aviation training network expansion announced earlier today. Both simulators will feature the CAE True(TM) Electric Motion System, as well as CAE’s next-generation visual solution, including the new CAE Tropos(R)-6000 visual system and Liquid Crystal on Silicon (LCoS) projectors. The CAE 5000 Series FFS for the Hawker 800 XPi will be the first 5000 Series FFS designed and manufactured for that aircraft type. CAE launched the new 5000 Series FFS earlier this year.

20/06/07: CAE becomes Bombardier’s Authorized Training Provider for Global family and Challenger 300 aircraft

19/06/07: Government of India signs an MOU with CAE to provide pilot training in two schools - More than 400 pilots would be licensed annually

LE BOURGET, Paris, June 19 /CNW Telbec/ - (NYSE: CGT; TSX: CAE) - CAE has signed a memorandum of understanding for a joint venture with the Airport Authority of India (AAI) to develop the National Flying Training Institute (NFTI). CAE has also signed a memorandum of understanding to become the managing partner of the Indian government’s flight training academy: Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Uran Akademi (IGRUA). More than 400 pilots would be licensed annually through these new schools. The total output would grow to over 600 pilots with the Multi Pilot Licence (MPL) stream of licensing.

MONTREAL, May 14 /CNW Telbec/ - (NYSE: CGT; TSX: CAE) - CAE announced today that it has closed the agreement with Parallax Capital Partners, LLC and others to acquire MultiGen-Paradigm Inc., for US$16 million (C$18 million) in cash. The agreement, announced on April 20, was subject to U.S. government approvals, which have been obtained. 03/04/07: Boeing 707 Air Force One Simulator Unveiled at Ronald Reagan Presidential Library

ST. LOUIS, April 03, 2007 — A Boeing-built [NYSE: BA] 707 simulator today was unveiled at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, Calif., where it will be on permanent display in the Air Force One Pavilion. A group of volunteers in Wichita, Kan., spent approximately three years restoring the simulator to resemble Air Force One. Boeing funded the simulator’s final journey from Kansas to California.
