Despite changes in the aviation industry, the demand for trained aviation mechanics is still high.
There are about 6,000 to 8,000 openings for aviation maintenance technicians per year and about 4,000 of those jobs go unfilled. In the next five to seven years, there will be a shortage of about 30,000 mechanics. Most of our students are employed before they graduate. At ENMU-Roswell, we can provide you with the skills and academic foundation needed to ensure your success in this exciting and demanding field. Our comprehensive lab facilities, state-of-the art classrooms, small class size, and highly qualified faculty all contribute to our reputation for superior training. The training you receive at ENMU-Roswell will prepare you to test for your FAA Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic certification.
