Ship it AOG Acquires National Inventory of Raytheon Hawker 800 Aircraft Parts

ADDISON, TX – January 30, 2007 – Ship it AOG, a rapidly emerging premier international aircraft parts distributor, today announced a major diversification of its business with the purchase of a national inventory of spares for Raytheon Hawker 800 aircraft from one of the world’s largest oil companies.

“This acquisition allows us to become a major supplier of Hawker 800 parts overnight,” said George Miller, president of Ship it AOG. “We will be able to service a greater customer base and develop relationships with additional new vendors and repair stations all over the world.”

The recently acquired inventory encompasses a comprehensive range of more than 500 different line items of parts for Hawker 800 aircraft, including window panels, igniters, inverters, generators, brakes, gauges, controls, switches, wheel assemblies, avionics, valves, pumps, sensors and connectors. “We can now supply everything from the nose to the tail, with immediate delivery to customers anywhere in the world,” said Miller.

This is the company’s largest acquisition of aircraft specific inventory since the purchase of Philip Morris’s Challenger 604 fleet spares. The broad array of Hawker equipment will enable Ship it AOG to service new private fleets and charter operators worldwide.

Ship it AOG occupied a new 7,000 sq. ft. warehouse and office facility at the Addison Airport last year to accommodate its dramatic rate of growth. The new facility is equipped with a state-of-the-art warehouse management system for paperless transactions. Customers can access the system remotely to check on orders and track shipments.
