The aviation assets of this former jewel of the Air Force are now being redeveloped as PLATTSBURGH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT by the Clinton County government. With FAA support and funding, Plattsburgh International is already a functioning industrial airport. And when construction is completed on a major new passenger terminal in 2007, the nearby CLINTON COUNTY AIRPORT will be closed, placing Plattsburgh International in the marketplace for passenger services as well.
