MIA Assistance to Malta Red Cross Society

Malta International Airport presented a donation to the Malta Red Cross Society to help the organisation in providing blankets at the various centres hosting illegal immigrants.  Chief Executive Officer Peter Bolech (right) said that MIA is committed to help organisations such as Red Cross whose mission is to provide humanitarian assistance wherever there is dire need.

Mr Bolech commended the Malta Red Cross for its mission and appealed to individuals and other organisations to follow suit and support this non-profitable organisation in their worthy cause since the entire sum needed for the provision of blankets in the present cold weather is yet to be collected.
