Brussels Airport and Brussels Airlines again share a stand at the Holiday Fair

Brussels Airport, 5 February 2008 – Brussels Airport and Brussels Airlines are again joining hands for the Holiday Fair that takes place from 7 till 11 February at Brussels Expo. The two strongest players in the Belgian aviation market will welcome tomorrow’s traveller to their common stand (stand 242, hall 6). This year, the focus will be on the large offer of low-fare destinations from Brussels Airport and the attractive prices in the airport shops. During the winter season, the low-cost carriers and the traditional airlines at Brussels Airport together offer direct low-fare flights to 88 destinations for an all-in fare of less than 100 euros. Brussels Airport thus serves three times as many destinations in the low-fare segment than all of the other Belgian airports combined. The largest market share in this segment is held by Brussels Airlines with its successful b-light product.

Visitors of the stand will find all information on the extensive network served by Brussels Airlines from Brussels Airport. Moreover they can benefit from a special Brussels Airlines ‘Holiday Fair promotion’.

The stand at the Holiday Fair will also spotlight the Lowest Price Guaranteed campaign. Travellers who buy perfume, cosmetics, clothing, leather goods, watches, jewellery, writing materials, sunglasses or chocolates by Neuhaus, Godiva and Corné Port-Royal in one of the Sky Shops outlets at Brussels Airport is sure to pay the lowest price in Belgium. On the chocolate brands Neuhaus, Godiva and Corné Port-Royal, Sky Shops even guarantee the lowest price worldwide. The Lowest Price Guaranteed principle provides that Sky Shops refund the price difference twice if customers find the same product at a lower price elsewhere in Belgium.
